Next, we present you with the profiles of our top candidates for your review, and further interview as required.

By understanding the training schedule over the first 3 months of employment, we can organise check-ins with you (if necessary) and the candidate to minimise the risk of an unsuccessful placement.

Post placement, you and the candidate will receive ongoing support with a Millennials Consultant to identify areas for learning and development, and help them unleash their potential in the role.
